OUR INGREDIENTS

Our dishes are the result of Brescia and Mantua’s traditional cuisines, combined with the experience of a great chef. We are committed to serving fresh and authentic products, which are zero-kilometer or directly produced by us. These include our mixed pickles prepared with the vegetables of our countryside, the meats produced in our Norcineria and an artful selection of wines from our own vineyards. Valentina’s care and attention always succeed in obtaining the right balance for the satisfaction of our customers’ needs, making of her the pillar of our agriturismo.

Every season has different colors and scents, this is why we want to keep ourselves in tune with the rhythm of time and the seasons by welcoming the gifts they offer.
